The Cascade Hot Tapping Saddle is designed to tap into existing pipework to make a new connection without the need to shut off the water supply.
Installation is made using the specifically designed strap to provide a quick and simple connection. Once installed the saddle provides a mounting for the drill kit to cut into the pipe, then using a shut off blade to shut off the water supply, allowing removal of the drilling kit.
Drilling kit, straps and blade sold separately.
Materials:
» EN-GJS-450-10 ductile iron body.
» Epoxy coating WRAS certified for potable drinking water.
» EPDM rubber joint and seals WRAS certified material suitable for potable drinking water.
